This paper is about my experience with water color so far. It has been a case of mixed feelings about painting. I still feel that when I am painting I am being too cautious. I have tried to be less cautious with my latest portrait picture but I was not too happy with it. Trying to translate what is in my head onto paper is the next hurdle. Having said that, I will not relent, I plan to paint until I improve myself as a water color painter. I feel that there is a lot room for improvement. In all this there is a wonderful story that my niece has been watching me painting and has been bagging the mum to buy her a water color set and so she obliged. So I have someone I can paint with at home. I am proud to say I have inspired someone to want to start painting and I hope she will inspire me as well when I feel I need some inspiration.
In conclusion, I would to say that I do enjoy painting even though I get frustrated at times. I will get to the mountain top very soon.
