Youngsun Kim's watercolor learning experience:
Bible painting/ little flower in a pot painting: The bible influenced me tremendously in spirit. I liked the lighting of bible picture and the feather. I thought the feather on the bible matched well with the entire painting. And I chose the little flower in a pot because it was good size picture for the little size paper. I wanted to express my paintings in various ways. It had a lot of fun to paint on a small size paper. It gave me a something different feeling compare with painting on the big size paper. However, I learned from the critiques that using right quality paper would be better for painting.

In conclusion, I enjoyed so much as I paint all of my paintings. I was able to relax whenever I planned the process of painting and painted it. I was even forgetting about my stresses in life while I was focusing on the painting. Of course, I learned a lot from Mr. Chen’s advices. Listening to the advices and fixing the problems was the best part of the learning process. Completing and accomplishing in painting was extremely valuable thing to do. I always have a lot of fun in water color painting!
