Nicole Brathwaite's watercolor learning experience:
This project that consisted of a painting of our selected dream house with me in front of it was very interesting. I feel very strongly about my color choice and placement. My colors came out the way I wanted them to, very bright with a variety of shades. The only complaint I have is choosing a photo with better light quality and using a different angle for the image section with me in it. I wish I could have made myself a little bit larger than I did in the actual image. Due to the fact that I thought I needed to keep myself proportioned with my "dream house", I didn't allow myself to make my person as large as it should have been. I that case, my painting of myself would have had a lot more detail. Overall I am very satisfied with the outcome of my final project.
