Weiji Feng's watercolor learning experience:
A couple of weeks ago, instructor told us in class that he will teach us how to make greeting cards by ourselves in painting. I have excited to wait for that moment. Finally, this week in class, instructor started to teach us. First, he cut a piece of thin paper as a card size. And then, fold it as half and draw a middle line on it. Cutting or buying card size as that piece of thin paper size. To put that piece of thin paper on the top of the card and use a pen without ink drawing a heavy middle line on the top. It is easy to fold the card with the middle line. And to use he tap on four sides of the card about 0.5 cm to fix up the card on the table. At last, drawing and painting what you want show on the card.

After the instructor introduced how to make the greeting card, I really liked to try it. I followed those steps to start making a greeting card. The first greeting card I drew “Let it snow”. That was a very cute greeting card which there is a bear and penguin on it. It looked like a real greeting card with my real painting. After that, I have made few greeting cards. I planed to send them to some people and shared my joys. That is a wonderful experience making greeting cards.
