A Portriat of an Artist in Watercolor

This is a watercolor portrait painting from live as my class demonstration to my Watercolor Painting for Illustrators class students back in 1997 when I taught in the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. This portrait painting demonstration took me only a half hour.

Though you may think that I may use may colors and a rich color palette, however, as always, I only use a very limited color palette, often only include the three primary colors.
