This watercolor painting as the illustration for Spider children's magazine.

This story is about a boy, a girl, a cat, and a dog, water hose, and an apple tree, and the story change their relationships. It starts from the boy yelled to the cat: Get Off My Lap, Cat! At the end, the boy loves the cat.

As anyone that owns one knows, cats are the perfect pet.

Playful, affectionate, loving and comforting, they seem to fit into our lives with little complaint and perfect grace. But house cats belong to an ancient line of hunters and there's very little that separates your purring kitty from the feline hunters of Africa's savannas, the darkest forests of eastern India, snow-capped foothills of the Rockies or sun-blasted sands of the Arabian Peninsula.

I use watercolor as my favorite medium for my children's books and children's magazine illustration. It was fun to illustrate for children's magazines, especially that the magazine is also your children's favorite magazine. Our children are now reading the children's magazines, like Spider and Cricket, with my watercolor illustrations in them.
