Watercolor of a Fishing Boat

How to paint water reflection and make it look real and natural seems to be difficult to most people because it doesn't have a regular pattern. In this class demonstration, I separated the painting process for the water effects to these 3   stages: base colors wash, adding dark shapes for shadows, then adjustment with big brush. With this watercolor painting process, painting the water effect is just like painting any other things. Observational skills and critical thinking are still the key for this problem-solving and creating a good painting.
